A fast, lightweight cross-platform mobile app tracking real-time locations of hundreds of active dispatch runners.

The Challenge

The legacy mobile application had constant GPS disconnection errors, leading to delivery status mismatch, unhappy runners, and high battery consumption on older Android models.

Our Engineering Solution

We rewrote the app’s background geofencing logic in native hooks and designed a stunning, highly optimized dark interface that saves battery life on OLED screens.
